Wichman Law Firm’s lead attorney, Kevin P. Wichman, has been listed as a Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorney by The National Trial Lawyers organization in the year of 2025. Mr. Wichman has led his firm since first licensed in Kansas in 2010, and shortly thereafter being licensed in Missouri in 2011, and Florida in 2023. He has achieved a tremendous amount of success in helping clients accused of crimes and similarly situated civil cases of restraining orders, which have criminal consequences possible if violated. He is excited for the honor and how it reflects on the work that he has done this past year, and on top of many years prior in learning and honing his craft to achieve the great results he obtains in plea agreements or results at trial on behalf of clients. Attorney Wichman a Sponsor for Annual Red Mass for 2025 and its a Win for Local Attorneys and Judges of South Florida

Attorney Wichman enjoyed attending, and helping to sponsor as an event Benefactor, The 33rd Annual Red Mass and Dinner in 2025, put on by the St. Thomas More Society of South Florida, a Catholic legal organization made up of South Florida Attorneys and Judges hoping to live out their faith through their legal work as St. Thomas More did as a lawyer hundreds of years ago, and whom is the patron saint of lawyers and judges. The Red Mass was put on by Archdiocese of Miami clergy and Bishops for the local lawyers, judges, and law enforcement in South Florida, and was accompanied by a reception and dinner at The Dal Mar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This year was honored to have as its speaker at dinner the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court, Carlos G. Munoz, who gave a wonderful and inspiring speech, that was well received by the hundreds in attendance. Mr. Wichman had a great time getting to know many new attorneys and judges practicing in Broward County, Miami Dade County, and Palm Beach County, as well as hearing the Chief Justice Munoz’s impactful words on the practice of law and faith. An inspiring and meaningful night for all who attended and Attorney Wichman looks forward to doing it again next year!
Boxes of Joy gifts heading to hundreds of less fortunate kids for Christmas!

Wichman Law Firm was happy to help facilitate Christmas gifts for less fortunate children to open up for Christmas this year! Our office in downtown Miami, Florida was a local drop off center for Cross Catholic Outreach, a non-profit Catholic organization headquartered in South Florida, which puts on the program and accepts Boxes of Joy from donors and donor groups across the United States to give to less fortunate children throughout the world and especially in impoverished areas. A “Box of Joy” is a shoebox sized gift filled with toys and everyday items a child might find necessary and fun to have and recieve as a gift, with gifts either being specific to a boy or girl, or a certain age group, or neutral to all. Cross Catholic Outreach then adds to each box a rosary and a Christian story and reading material for them to also have as part of their gift prior to distributing to the children. As one of many drop off centers around the country, Wichman Law Firm’s office in Miami, FL served the area and received close to 200 Box of Joy gifts to be later.sent off to kids for the holiday. This was our first year doing it and we will again next year in Miami, as well as likely at oir Kansas City office to serve that area as well in this cause. Attorney Wichman was thrilled to see all the neat and creative individual boxes filled with a variety of tones and trinkets from different people and groups in the area, including a studet business group from the University of Miami. We thank Cross Catholic Outreach for putting the program on and giving us all a great opportunity to help others in this way by being a Santa Claus! We hope the children enjoy the gifts and have a Merry Christmas! 🎅 🎄
Attorney Wichman becomes Member of Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association in Miami, Miami-Dade County, FL

Attorney Wichman became a member of the Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to the pursuit of justice, individual rights, access to courts, education to the public, trial advocacy, and of course protecting the rights of citizens through the conducting of trials. The group is made of trial attorneys, who practice regularly in the Miami Dade County Courthouses in Miami Dade County, Florida. While the practice areas may vary, many of the attorneys in the association practice criminal defense and personal injury for plaintiffs. Mr. Wichman goes to trial regularly on behalf of his clients and has practiced in those areas of primarily criminal defense, and personal injury, his entire career and is happy to be apart of the association in the same county of Miami-Dade County in which he has his office in downtown Miami, Florida. The only Florida statewide organization that is devoted exclusively to the criminal defense bar, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, has made Miami criminal defense attorney Kevin Wichman a member of the organization. Mr. Wichman’s main office is located in downtown Miami, Florida and he will be apart of primarily the Miami Chapter of the organization. The mission of the association is to protect the rights of the accused, promote excellence in criminal defense, and foster a strong community of criminal defense attorneys advocating for justice. Miami criminal lawyer Kevin Wichman has always practiced criminal law over his career which started in 2010, and he has always defended invididuals accused of crimes, with a passion to ensure that the proper outcome is had for his clients and that justice is fully served.
