South Florida criminal defense attorney Kevin P. Wichman joins the Federal Bar Association with his involvement largely focused on assisting with the South Florida Chapter which serves the practicing Federal law attorneys and judges of the tri-county region of Miami Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County. Attorney Wichman has practiced in the Federal, US Courts since 2010 handling both civil litigation and criminal defense cases in the Kansas City region, and since his admission to the Florida Bar in 2023, he also assists those seeking help with Federal matters that would be in the jurisdiction of the Southern District of Florida, the Court in which he has been admitted to since that same time period in 2023. Since 1959 the South Florida Chapter has helped to bring Miami lawyers and judges together to better serve and inform the citizens, educate the bar, and inspire the lawyers and judges of tomorrow, and Attorney Wichman is looking forward to helping to continue on those efforts with other members of the Federal Bar in South Florida and Miami.
