On a trip to visit the home of a law school classmate and Army JAG, Michael O’Neill in Naples, FL, I also stopped by Ave Maria School of Law, which is near his home, and which we are both in the class of 2008 when it was in Ann Arbor, MI. It was fitting on this Memorial Day, to take note of their longtime dedication and honoring of the men and women in the armed service. The law library, was recently renamed Veteran’s Memorial Law Library when I was on the Alumni Board a few years ago. Glad to also see firsthand the face up on the wall of another 2008 classmate and friend Kevin Normile, whom is pictured center on the tribute display. He is an Air Force JAG, as well as on his second term as the Alumni Board President. Thank you to all the veterans for their service and strength in keeping America free! Today we remember their great efforts!
