I enjoyed the day off spending time with my father…and what did we do… he helped me swap some furniture from my office! Quality time! lol. It couldn’t have been a hotter day for it as well as there was literally drips of sweat coming off my chin…yet we endured. We then relaxed a bit down the street at Westport Flea Market for a nice meal. Thank you to my father for all you have done for me as a child, and continue to always do well into adulthood. Happy Father’s Day to all!

Mr. Wichman had a great time last week, spending the better part of it at University of Missouri School of Law with 18 other litigation attorneys, administrative law judges, and district court judges from across Missouri, training to becoming a mediator. Having successfully completed all requirements, Mr. Wichman is now qualified and listed as an approved mediator for all types of civil cases in the State of Missouri, the United States District Court of Western District of Missouri, as well as for the State of Kansas. As a mediator, Mr. Wichman will help to bring about an amicable resolution to the disputing parties case with the goal of ending any further unnecessary litigation or trial, while still steadfastly adhering to a fairness and justice that is to be always expected and duly required.
