Quite a day and night this past Thursday after putting on and winning a trial for a client during the day, and attending the Thomson-Reuters Super Lawyers reception for 2019 selectees at night on the Country Club Plaza. I am grateful for the honor and to be selected again for the 4th year in a row as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, which is whom Thomson Reuters determines to be the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 or less then 10 years in practice for both Kansas and Missouri. A great time mingling with other colleagues and judges who were selected, followed by a continuing celebration into the night and making new friends in Westport…with the final stop at the food truck after bar closing!
