Crimes at University of Miami Campus and Sports Stadiums
Crimes that occur at the main campus of the University of Miami in Florida will have their court proceedings at the Miami Dade County Courthouse in either Miami, or Coral Gables. If the criminal action is one that crosses state lines, such as being involved in a drug trafficking conspiracy, then that matter would be at the federal courthouse in Miami. If the matter arises out of activity from a UM football game at Hard Rock Stadium, that matter will also be at the Miami Dade County Court.
